A vacancy to be performed remotely from Sao Paulo in order to attend a customer in the city of Porto Velho – RO.

Even with the lack of specialized workmanship and low response to the usually used means of vacancies announcement, the process have been concluded with success and there is one approved candidate and another one is coming to be a SKY partner in the region (he has opened a SKY franchising office in the city).
A research has been made in the region with the help of the City Municipality about which are the localizations to be approached for acquisition of candidates, including announcement on the city radio. A trip of the Consultant responsible for the Interaction realization account and the interviews to the customer in Porto Velho.

Approximately 130 curriculums received and screened.
Approximately 25 telephone competence interviews.
15 candidates forwarded to group interaction with the customer.
8 candidates approved for interview with the customer.

The work had as objective, to provide the integration, awareness, self-knowledge, reflections on the chances offered for the work market and the discovery of itself exactly.

English Test:
237 candidates had reached minimum note in the test.

Groups Dynamic:
Presentation of the Brasilprev:
information on values of stock market period of training, benefits, schedule and workstation.
Application of the group/writing activity.

Painel:
Presentation of the candidates selected for the consultoria for the requisitantes:
40 presented candidates

Interviews:
Accomplishment of the final interviews with the requisitantes of the areas and approval of the candidates.
14 candidates approved
