Founded in 1988 as Sellan Consultoria e Trabalho Temporário Ltda, the company has managed some 120,000 temporary work contracts.

In 1995, we inaugurated Soulan Consultoria em Recursos Humanos Ltda, the company branch that oversees our Outsourcing activities. Since its inception, Soulan has managed some 60,000 contracts. It also offers unparalleled expertise in a variety of consulting areas, including Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Profit Sharing Programs, Labor Relationships & Union Negotiations.

The Soulan Internship Center was founded in 1998 in response to client demand, and currently has a total of 3,000 contractors. It also features recruitment at universities and talent selection.

The Soulan Executive Search was launched in 1998 and already boasts some 100 business projects.
