Soulan 20 years: a story of determination, improvement and achievements.
The Soulan Company began in 1988 and operated primarily around, the Tietê region, with units in Itaquaquecetuba and Mogi das Cruzes. A year later, Soulan expanded its business with the founding of the unit in the Embu das Artes town, in order to meet new demands. Soulan's rapid progress in its first years of operation presaged its remarkable growth in subsequent years.
In 1995, Soulan set up a unit in CENESP - Centro Empresarial de Sao Paulo, making a significant leap in structure and technology. As soon as the following year, Soulan acquired important clients in the valley of Paraiba, because of the opening of a new unit in Sao Jose dos Campos. Market demand afforded Soulan the added opportunity to expand its reach into the region of Ribeirao Preto, and in the year 2000 the unit in Monte Alto began operations.
Soulan in 2007 won recognition as one of the top 100 HR providers, a remarkable feat reflecting constant progress in the areas of process, technology, and infrastructure. Soulan also earned recognition in the marketplace as a high-quality and trustworthy enterprise.
In 2008, continuing its quest to meet the needs of its customers, the Soulan Company expanded its activities throughout the whole of Brazil with the inception of the National HR program at the beginning of 2008. Progressing further along the same path, ,Soulan attained the international standing to become part of the NPA Worldwide Recruiting Network, a select group of companies recruiting executives into the labor market.
Focusing on the concerns of its customers and business partners, Soulan recently accepted the challenge of selecting and recruiting 1,500 employees in 40 days to meet the needs of an auto manufacturer. Bold projects of this kind demonstrate the determination of Soulan to honor its commitment to and find the best solutions for its business-customers.
