HR Portal

Resources to promote communication, integration and interaction through the company.

On the HR Portal, it is possible to post news, policies and regulations, ethics code, staff integration, professional opportunities, courses and events, classified advertisements, spreading values, culture and information.

It is also possible to use Portal's databases for research purposes and to use the “Speak Frankly” feature to maintain a direct channel between HR and the client.

Evaluation and Performance Management

Resources designed to help the company create, apply and manage its employees' performance. Some examples include: Performance Evaluation, 360o Evaluation, Goals’ Contract and Workplace Polls.

Training and Events Management
