Coaching is a formal and structured process that helps a person develop or enhance skills with an achievable goal in mind.
It is helping a person ttransform future possibilities intreality. From the beginning of the coaching process, the individual works toward a solution of his problems. Coaches are facilitators guiding individuals in their search for answers.
Coaching is not a form of therapy and therefore does not solve emotional problems. It alsshould not be confused with Counseling (advice) and Mentoring (guardian).

It may be analyzed from two angles:
1 - The professional knows exactly what he wishes to accomplish in terms of skills and shows up with a need for self-development in an effort to achieve a specific objective. The coach starts a process aimed at extracting the professional's paths or solutions leading to changes in or correction of behavior.
2 - The occupation is the problem or the situation and this he does not have full knowledge of skills that should be developed. In this case the coach seeks a diagnosis of behavioral complete professional, developing together a goal to be achieved.
A process of coaching, depending on the degree of complexity of the moment, can be completed in a maximum of 10 sections, each ranging from 1 to 2 hours. However, experience has shown that the initial sections are the first visible results.
The owner must present itself with the open mind to recognize their "gaps" of skills and takes in the first section, a formal with the coach to achieve the practical exercises.
