It is the Division in charge for talent searching with Managerial Jobs, Supervision and Technicians.

Nowadays, we have 30 professionals in our staff who are experienced in this kind of activity and who are graduated in Psychology.

We are specialists in handling large important projects in which the clients' need is for priority service in a short period of time.

PROJETO GM – 1.500 vacancies to fill within 45 days – project completed between April and May of 2008.

PROJETO MERCEDES BENZ – 300 vacancies to fill in five weeks – project completed between April and May of 2008.

We have centralized processes, controls, and follow-ups.

Depending on the demands of the project and the locale, we supply uniquely qualified account managers.

Our professionals are pre-qualified for selection using state-of-the-art practices for market selection, selection by competence, selection by dynamic group competence, and selection by implementation and scoring of various types of psychological tests.
